Tufkut

In short Tufkut is a BBoy Dj who produces 80's/90's BoomBap Hip Hop and plays out 60's/70's Funk for the folks.
Tufkut started Djing in '86 and after working with Mc2Fine as LTK from 87-92 linked with RobLife in '90 and released an EP in '91 with one side each 'Promo 91' LP LTK001.
All of these recordings were solely on 4track at the time and later backed up onto DAT in '93.
In '97 TufKut, RobLife and STS originally set up the BeatsinProgress label which Tufkut still runs today.
In '98 the BreakinBread Club/Label had emerged with RobLife churning out releases-run by Skeg, RobLife and Tufkut.
Since then a stint on ItchFM in '00 til the present from the 'BreakinBread' show to the 'Cratefast' show including a stint on SenseiFM in '08 and Bang Radio in '09.
All throughout BeatsinProgress has been active from the releases on the Label always with his trusty Akai950 and Atari with C-Lab Notator.
This includes many Golden Era Remixes and production work for Chrome&IllInspired's LP, WhirlwindD's LP and recently re-releasing LTK material from '92 on German label 'Britcore Rawmance'.
Always with the focus on vinyl releases and the line 'it ain't final 'til it's vinyl',
